Hi, I have a Samsung A13.  If I play YOUTUBE  music as soon as I put the phone back in my bag it jumps to another site  .  Is there anyway I can stop it  jumping to other sites. It seems very sensitive to any movement.  Thanks.

Insurance Swap - Data Transfer

Hello allMy phone (Samsung S20) is being swapped on the EE insurance. Apparently they pick the broken phone up and the same time. How do I transfer the data - presumably the DPD guy wont want to wait?!?Cheers
