Samsung s23 ultra free watch

I purchased the Samsung galaxy s23 ultra phone with free watch on 29th June. The offer expired  on 29 June and ee are saying I might not get the watch as the order wasn't processed until 30 June. What can I do?

If you purchased online you can cancel within 14 days, if the watch was the only reason you purchased this phone.
