Erroneous £44 credit offered for a phone charger instead of laptop brick."

An EE agent has applied a £44 bill credit to cover a 45W charger for my new Galaxy Book6 Ultra 16 inch. This is an error because the phone team is looking at a typo on the EE website. The Ultra laptop requires a 140W brick (£109 from Samsung) to run its Nvidia graphics card. A 45W plug will not charge the machine under load. Can a forum manager please step in, look at the manufacturer specs, and apply the remaining £65 credit so I can purchase the correct block?
