Hi I'm still waiting on my new device and the DPD website says there is an issue?

Hi @Steve006 

It means it's delayed/lost/package is damaged or they don't have enough drivers to deliver your package on time. 

You'll just have to wait as this is an issue with most delivery firms.

Hi I ordered a new phone on the 28th of December and it still hasn't arrived, I spoke to on the 15th about it and they said it would be delivered with in 7days but it's still not arrived. I have spoken to DPD and they said the don't even have the phone to deliver.
