Why is ee website so crap

Whenever you visit any page on EE site it constantly does a redirect loop like it's checking the login. Then occasionally it goes through. I've worked on websites for 20 years and never seen anything like it

Resolved! EE TV Box Pro swap to Apple TV

@EE TEAMI have just received my EE TV Box Pro on Monday and it can’t host Disney+. I’m quite shocked and did not know this information. Is it possible (because still within 14 days) to return the TV Box and swap for the Apple TV?

iMessage not activating with a s new sim

I recently got a EE Sim just to receive SMS codes since my older one wasn’t working. It said 24 hours to activate but usually my sims work instantly. When I checked I message and says waiting for activation then says error or unsuccessful 

No Phone Access- Power Outage

Has any one like us had a power outage which affected their mobile and digital phone line and needed to make a 999 call ? How did you do this please?
