I have just received my EE TV Box Pro on Monday and it can’t host Disney+.
I’m quite shocked and did not know this information.
Is it possible (because still within 14 days) to return the TV Box and swap for the Apple TV?

Anyone know if it is possible to swap the other way (Apple TV to Pro Box), outside of the 14 days before I call?
I already have an Apple TV 4K which I can use the main parts of the EE app on and I can’t really help here these days (whether you want it or not!), without a Pro Box in the house to test and compare with.

Yes, you can swap in either direction - a fee will be charged.

Thanks @DarrenDev , that’s fair enough, I might just “acquire” a box from the usual auction emporium then and tidy up at contract renewal.

I’ve just swapped too Darren for the same reason but been charged £30. I understood that this should be free as I’m within 14 days.

Hi Leanne, I’ve not yet received the box, this was discussed over the phone when I chose to switch. No bills yet.

Were you charged £30 by card @Bashina, or did the team say the charge would be on the next bill?
