Constant issues on many channels with lip sync errors. Reset TV, Reset Apple 4K box, checked HDMI cables, frame rate etc etc still varies. Set up lip sync using Apple TV and iPhone great and then 30 minutes later lip sync issues return.
Has anyone had this issue and had it resolved?

Did you get a response and a fix for this issue?

What sound system are you using? Is it direct from your TV? Or using an external soundbar/amp? If the latter, how is it connected?
Also, what programmes does it affect? Do you see it in Netflix, NOW, iPlayer, etc? Or just on TV Channels?

Hi Darren
Apple 4K Tv box connected by high speed HDMI to Sony Bravia 9 TV
Connected via high speed HDMI earc to Kef XIO soundbar and KCW62 subwoofer
Most issues are evident on EE TV if i use apps on Sony TV no issues.
I adjust the apple lipsync using iphone and 30 minutes later its drifted again?
Seems like the issue is with Apple TV box rather than the rest of the system?

Do you have Netflix? If so, take a look at this asset:
https://www.netflix.com/title/80018499
You won't be able to find it on your Apple TV, but if you log into the Netflix web site you can "Add to my list". Then in the Netflix app on your Apple TV, you can select My Netflix and it'll be shown on that screen.
If you watch "S4:E6 Sync-One2 Test" it'll allow you to directly test the audio sync with a beep test. It's worth testing it using the app on your Sony TV and then again using the app on your Apple TV. If they're different, then it suggests there's something wrong with the Apple TV setup.

Hi Darren
Works fine with Sony TV app
Via Apple 4k TV box, audio from adverts but no audio from test pattern, had to switch off atmos to get audio and seems okay at present
As does the normal channels will try again later and if we notice a lip sync issue from a channel will re run the test
