EE Poor picture quality since change from BT

Is there anybody that can help! I have recently changed from BT TV to EE TV and the picture quality  has been poor since the switch. 

I have change the lead, the aerial socket and the booster to no avail. I think there is a problem with the box as I a switched the antenna out on as well and that doesn't work. 

I like to have the aerial and not the IP as that had its issues as well with poor picture that kept cutting out!!!

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated 👏

I am sorry you're experiencing poor picture quality. 

Is this the same on all channels? 

Did you receive a new EE TV box when you transferred from BT?

Yes it's on all Channels that utilise the tv aerial. 

The pass through for the antenna out isn't working either.

Did they send you a new EE Pro Box or are you still using a BT branded box?

If they did send you a new one, do you still have the old one to hand? Does that work?

Are you able to plug the aerial cable directly into the TV? Do you get the same picture issues?

I am having the same issue

can anyone help ?

Since the change over from BT to EE I have noticed that the quality of my tv images is poor.

I am getting screen break up more often, tried re-setting as suggested, but still the issue persists

can anyone help

its even more frustrating that we are unable to email customer services and leave details

the chat line is no good either, the waiting times are excessive

Is this on all channels, or just specific ones? 

Are you using aerial mode or IP mode for those channels?

I resolved my issue by getting an aerial cable (M & F) + an extension adapter for it  and connected the house aerial to the TV box  using the cable adapter, then connected the new cable between the TV box and the TV.

Hope this helps. I previously could not get any picture at all. Now it is fine.
