I spoke with an advisor yesterday to request upgrade from big sport to full works pakage. This does not seem to have happened yet and i have had no comms about it. He also moved mevfrom bt broadband to ee broadband in the process so not sure but i assume thos is now EEs role. How long does this take and should o have had emails by now?

A move from BT to EE wouldn't be instant. You should have received a confirmation email with a date that this would change. Have you checked your junk/spam folder to see if something may have went in there?
