Right to say I am bored of alllllll the problems this TV service has given is an understatement.
Can someone pleasssseeeee explain why I still cant manage my tv package? Mainly the now tv side of it. Love the way EE can ramp up the prices but again as far as customer services go its all out the window.
I am still awaiting an answer on previous complaints but again I am bored of chasing them up for answers so I just accept it... I am guessing this is going to be the same outcome acceptance

The simple answer is that there are many issues with the order process still at the moment - work has been ongoing for 2 years, but there's still lots more to do.
For many changes, you can make them within the apps themselves - e.g. you should be able to add/remove monthly Now TV passes directly in Now TV. If you want to change your base EE TV package, you need to contact us - either on the phone, or via online chat.
I can only apologise, and say that they're doing all they can.

I cant manage my now tv subscriptions anywhere... log on to now tv direct it tells me I have to do it from my EE or BT app, guess what cant do that either because it doesnt allow me to. So as it stands I have no control over anything... is this just another part of the EE voted best provider again that they bang on about. Sorry @DarrenDev but im sure you might remember this isnt the 1st or 2nd issue I have had that you have had the pleasure of dealing with because EE cs are "amazing" at the minute.

As you have the VIP package, everything is already included for you - that's why you can't change it via Now TV. I guess you're wanting to change your EE TV package, which you'll need to contact us for. If you had one of the lower packages, you'd have been able to add/remove monthly passes on nowtv.com.
