Hi,
EE TV Mini Box, has been working fine, tonight it is not, I have tried the hard reset, the soft reset, retune remote, but the best I can get is an initialising screen, sometimes the EE logo, then nothing just a black screen. The aqua light is on, I have used different HDMI ports and different cables made no difference. Also tried WPS but no change.
Anything else I could try? or has the box defunct?
Thanks

Hi, Brilliant thank you all fixed, I didn't realise there was a secondary tab with reset instructions, by holding the front button, I knew it had something to with it1. Thanks

When did it stop working? I see you had an error at 6:48pm - is that when you tried resetting it?
What reset options did you try? You say hard reset and soft reset - can you please clarify what you mean?
If you power the box off at the wall, and then power on, what sequence do you see? Watch it for a few minutes to give it time - it will go black for a long period during boot.
If nothing has appeared after 5 minutes then try a factory reset:

Hi thanks for responding, in terms of reset turn off and on again, then a full disconnect of all cables and power as EE instruct, reconnect cables and power swapped hdmi cable no difference. It sometimes shows initialising and logo then it goes black and does not change. As previously mentioned I have tried all combos, WPS I have tried the box with another tv n

Could you please try the reset I linked to above? This forces the box to rebuild itself as though it's new.
