Why is ee website so crap

Whenever you visit any page on EE site it constantly does a redirect loop like it's checking the login. Then occasionally it goes through. 

I've worked on websites for 20 years and never seen anything like it

Your not wrong,  won't even let ne pay my bill, gues it's a free month....

Are you seeing the same thing happen today? If you are, have you been able to try clearing the cookies and cache, or trying another browser at all?

I know we all wish we could have a free month, but I'm afraid not.

Have you tried making the payment through the EE app? If it still doesn't work, you can use our payment page, which just needs your mobile number and card details.

Honestly, using your mobile services is the worst experience I've ever had. Your app is unreliable, I can't manage my account at all, and then your website is completely useless, can't even log in. This keep happening over and over. I haven't had a smooth experience at all since I become a customer and it's really not that hard to get these things right. I will switch to another provider asap.

Sometimes problems accessing web pages are caused by browser extensions.

I find it useful to keep a 'spare' browser without any extensions to check problems.

NO! This is not a solution to your problems! It's just a bodge to avoid fixing the root cause of the problem, i.e. your entire infrastructure that was built by a monkey and not actual software engineers!

Totally agree, it is utter garbage. My contract expires in less than 2 weeks and I cannot upgrade via the website. I've tried it on Chrome and Safari and can't get anywhere.

Thankfully the Leave EE link works!

Amen, it has truly become unusable over the last year. Live chat also now exclusive to the app and is equally mediocre compared to what it was before.

To add to that, ever since 5G was implemented around here, I've had one bar of signal with speeds dropping below 5 Mb/s. Used to get over 100 Mb/s on LTE beforehand and I would actually prefer fast LTE to atrocious 5G. I pay way too much per month for service like this to be acceptable.

I think I will be switching next month when my contract ends. I've had enough.
