Placed an order for a Nintendo Switch on Friday 8th August and did the payment through Klarna. Monday 11th August Klarna have processed the first payment and that afternoon EE Store sent a short email saying “Sorry, order cancelled as no longer available” but with the important part “no payment has been taken”.
Sent an email to store-enquire@ee.co.uk as it clearly says on the website and received an automated email saying they’ll reply in 2 working days. Not heard anything and sent a follow up, still nothing.
Any suggestions, as the only phone number seems to be for mobile & broadband services and they’ve told they can’t help as non related product.
Getting frustrated that I’ve had money taken, order cancelled and no replies.

I've had a double check over this one, and the email address for store enquiries is enquire-store@ee.co.uk.
If you give this a go, it'll definitely be picked up.

@james1608 Thanks, in your original post you look to have mixed this up and said store-enquire rather than enquire-store.
If you can please just double check it's definitely the correct one you've sent this to, we can be sure if it's picked up 😊

Sorry typo by me, definitely used the correct email address as have received automated replies from EE on both occasions saying email received and I’ll get a response in 2 working days.

We do usually recommend 2 working days for these queries, but occasionally if we get a lot of queries it can take a little bit longer.
I'd recommend giving this another couple of days so we can see out the weekend, then if you still don't have an update by Monday we can take another look from there.
