Hi,
I'm a new customer to EE and just placed an order for an I Phone 16 pro with a sim card and Intiated the payment two days ago. I recieved a mail on the same day with the subject give please call to discuss, I dont see any point in that since the mail does not say anything error with the purchase. Can somebody tell me why is this happening?
Secondly, to mention that, this order placement is not showing on my EE account, is there some error or is my purchase not been made thoroughly? what should I do?

Do so or your order won't proceed. It is not an error but EE want more info on your personal &/or financial circumstances.

Hi,
When calling EE customer service and choosing the option for pay monthly and after continuous clicking on the numbers it says about dpd courier. The customer care isn't helpful in anyway.
What is the solution for this?

@anne24689 , when dialling 150 from your mobile or using the number that you have rung, which you can see in my signature, please press option 2, you should get through to one of the guides.
