I recently moved from EE business to SIM only personal account. I can’t get the EE app to work because it thinks my account is closed. I want to use the same email address so how can I make the EE app realise I am now in a new SIM only situation? Thanks

You will have to speak to customer service, so that they can do an account refresh and then you can log-in to the app.
