Not receiving text messages
I haven’t received a single text message since April 26th. I only realized this when I needed a verification code sent to my mobile and did not receive the text message. I think there is a problem with my account.

I am paying every mth for Netflix add on (it shows in my bill that it's being paid so how come netflix have just out my subscription on hold saying my subscription is no longer being paid through EE?
