New Phone hasnt arrived

Im a new customer withh EE and I brought the new nothing 3 phone it was meant to arrive on the 21st July and it still hasn't arrived 😞 I called up the team and they said they would send another email but it hasn't come through i was wondering if anyone could help me with my problem

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing these issues with your new order. 

Have you been able to check your spam/junk mail to see if the email confirmation is in there. 

When you spoke to the customer service team did they give you a estimated delivery date?

I have checked my junk mail/ spam but there isn't anything there 

When i called they said that I would be getting another conformation email but there hasn't been one. They didnt say anything about when my phone would arrive either. I would just like to know if everything is still going through with my order 🙂

I don't have account access here on the community, but if you can tell me the make, model and colour of the handset you ordered I can check on stock levels for expected delivery times. 

I would also suggest you Contact Us again to get clarification on your order too.

Yes of course

I got the nothing phone 3, white it said it should have been delivered on Monday

I have checked the stock and it advises the phone will be dispatched within 3 days. If you ordered over the phone that would be 3 days from the date the order is confirmed with the digital sales team. 

Just to be certain I would definitely recommend giving the team a call to confirm everything for you.
