Hi all,
I pre-ordered the Fold 7, which is part of the plan; I have to trade in my current device. Currently waiting for confirmation on the delivery date. When ordering in store, they believed it was due on the 18th. My concern is that I have a limited time frame to return my current device. Has anyone received any updates on their pre-orders?

Thanks for coming to the community.
Your trade in bag will arrive separately within 7 days of your new phone being delivered. You won't need to return your old phone until you receive your upgrade.
Once your order's been dispatched, DPD will be in touch with tracking information.

My trade-in bag arrived on Tuesday, and on the letter it states I only have 14 days from the 14th. I assume the phone will be with me well before the deadline arrives anyways.

If you haven't received your upgrade by the date shown on your trade in letter, please get in touch with our guides so this can be checked.

Delivery estimates for handsets depend on both the exact model / storage version that the customer has gone for, along with when they placed their order.
We don't have access to accounts via these forums to check order status directly, but we'll always fulfill outstanding orders on a first come, first served basis.
