Ordered my Fold 7 1tb on the 18th and have received an 10 digit tracking number and looked for it and it has been saying since then the phone will be dispatched in 24 hrs but its been over 120hrs and still nothings changed - tried calling EE but they leave you on hold for more than 10 minutes, their emails are vague and unclear with inaccurate information.
Even received a returns package yesterday but i cant return something if i haven't received my new product
Been with EE for 9 years and honestly there are no good deals for being a loyal customer they're just getting worse in customer service, i just want my pre-ordered phone that was supposed to arrive early - crazily enough im willing to put everything on the line and say my fold 7 will NOT arrive this week GUARENTEED!!!
bet it'll be somewhere AFTER the 28th of July

I'm sorry you've had trouble getting through to our customer care team, I appreciate there are times there is a wait to get through.
If you are trading in with your order, there will be extra time allowed for any delivery delays.
Hopefully an update will come soon, but our customer care team will be able to help further if needed.
