How long have you had this problem?
You can check for local network issues using the "check service status" option on https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker

Since I've moved to ee about 3 weeks now I've checked and says there is an issue

Hi @Osborne3
If you're struggling to get a signal, you can connect your phone to WIFI calling.
WiFi Calling lets you make and receive calls and texts using WiFi, even without mobile network coverage.
You only need a phone that supports WiFi Calling and a WiFi connection in the UK.
WiFi Calling is available to anyone with EE who has a compatible device. To see if your phone supports WiFi Calling, check the device specifications in our device guides.

Hence asking at 9.12am for you to check the status tool, and you responding at 9.50am to say you'd checked it.
WiFi-calling will help with any indoor coverage issues whenever they happen for whatever reason, it would be a poor show if it were not offered in response to any coverage complaint.

@bristolian , you say that you checked and that there is an issue where you are, so have you also registered and reported it? You will get updates, not sure why there is a problem there, could be the mast is down, they are having to move it, as the landowner has decided to not have it on his/her land and they need to find somewhere to put it, could be any number of reasons why this happens, we have no idea here why, this is not customer service, so you would have to speak to them and they may have an answer.

Hi there @Osborne3
Thanks for coming to the community.
Just to add to the advice provided, we have a network post for Coverage in Oxford that is updated when we have new information.
Leanne.

I'd thought of the NTQ situation in Oxford, but this appeared to be a different scenario. The OP in this thread explicitly mentioned coverage when at home "10 minute bus journey away", and of service recovering near the town centre.
The opposite of what I know you're alluding to!
