Hello I bought my phone and sim off ee. And my phone derive had been terrible everytime I attend or make a phone call my voice cannot be heard and my data doesn’t work aswell as it should for the amount I pay for it. Can this be fixed.

I'd hate to think you've been struggling since joining us too, but there are definitely a few different things we can check out.
As a first port of call, I'd recommend having a check of the areas you've noticed these issues in on our network status checker.
This should give you an estimate of overall local coverage, and also highlight if there's any ongoing maintenance that could be having an impact on your service.
