Need to clarify what exactly it is, that you have no connection to.
Does your phone not have any network connection whatsoever? That will naturally prevent usage of calls, texts or mobile data.
Or is it that your phone doesn't have a 4G connection, but is instead using 2G? That will make data difficult, but should still allow calls & texts.
Or does your phone have a 4G connection, but is having difficulty connecting to mobile data?
Local network outage can be checked using the "check service status" option on https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker

It says I have 4g but just not connecting and when I’ve tried the postcode checker it’s always saying there’s a problem and can’t check my area at the moment. I’m paying £30 a month and not getting any internet coverage and when ever I make a phone call or receive one the signal is shocking. No one can hear a word I say

Hi @Hanfran91
Thanks for coming to the community.
If you're unable to check the area for any known problems using the Service Status Checker, please get in touch with our mobile guides who will be happy to help get this looked into for you.
Thanks.
Leanne.

Response... Test whether you can use mobile data whilst on voice calls, this checks you're using 4G and not 2G. It may explain some of your symptoms if so.
