Connecting to mobile network

Hi,I upgraded to a Galaxy S23 and just received it.  When setting it up, it's asking me to connect to a mobile network.  I assusme this would be applied automatically.  What do I need to do?  Sorry, total tech-phobe here. Thanks

Resolved! Samsung Galaxy A13 not locking

My Samsung Galaxy A13 is set to unlock with a fingerprint or with a PIN. If the fingerprint is not being read, and I press the power button, the phone has stopped asking for a PIN and unlocks as soon as the power button is pressed.
