I bought the iPhone 17 Pro Max orange 1bt on November 20, it was informed at the time of purchase that I could pick it up in up to 3 days, but with all these late complaints I would like to know when I will pick up my cell phone at the store?

I know you'll be keen to get your hands on your new phone.

The stock guidance for orders placed online and over the phone was estimated dispatch within 21 days for the iPhone 17 Pro Max 1TB Cosmic Orange but that timescale is showing 1-3 days for orders from this morning.

We don't have any way of seeing your order through the community, but if you contact the store, they can see if it has arrived yet, and how they'll let you know when it is available.

Wouldn't it be more appropriate to prioritize those who have already made a
purchase?

Orders will available on a first come, first served basis @Deborah42. 

The timescale was just pointed out to say that it shouldn't be much longer if stock is now more widely available.

I'd still recommend speaking to the store so they can update you.
