Hi, I have recently purchased a pre-used apple handset locked to EE. As this phone is second hand, will I be able to apply for a code to unlock seeing as I wasn’t the original owner? Thanks in advance.

My iPhone won’t connect to mobile numbers when I call.

I When I try to call mobile numbers from my iPhone 13 it won’t connect to the numbers. It does however call landlines no problem? Any ideas?
