Full Works Plan and Apple Watch

Hi

I have just upgraded to a sim only full works plan which will come into effect on 4/1/26. I understand you can share data with your Apple Watch. However I’m currently paying £7 a month for a rolling month watch plan. Do I need to call to cancel this first? Or once I reset it up to the full works plan will it cancel itself?

@ClaireLEJohnson sorry I totally misread your post.  no you don’t need to do anything. Once your new contract starts it’ll automatically give you watch data at no charge.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@ClaireLEJohnson  i’m happy to be corrective if I’m wrong, but I don’t think the full works plan taken out on that date actually included Watch data.   whilst it’s now included on newer tariffs of the full works it doesn’t mean you’ll get it as it wasn’t included.

Hi

It’s only just been taken out, I’ve upgraded but only to a sim only deal, it just doesn’t come into effect until my contract finishes on 4th January 2026.

Thanks
