Trying to cancel my smart watch but the app has changed and i cant find out how

I was persuaded to add a smart watch to my contract to apparently save money...this has not been the case. I have waited 2 years for the contract to end. I am searching the website to find a way to cancel it but I cant..any help please.

@Bevjayne28  To terminate a contract you call customer support to give 30 days notice of termination.
