eSIm info

With the new iPhone being launched tomorrow it would be nice to have some FAQ re: eSIM.Firstly does EE support the transfering  one one iPhone to another? Really don't wish to have to list a EE store tomorrow the guys there will be busy.lee

New sim

I have taken out a contract with ee but the coverage is really bad.. so I was going g to keep paying contract but put a new sim in and want to keep my number.. I requested a pac code but they think I’m leaving and want 1200

Hi. I’ve amended my plan today and received a new SIM card. I wanted to keep my old number. How do I ensure my old number transfers to this new SIM card please?

Resolved! Replacement SIM

HiMy mother has finally been convinced to change her old Nokia for a larger more modern phone. The problem is the Pay As You Go sim in the old phone is too large for the new phone. Can I order a new SIM card that will just replace the old on and slot...

Resolved! Transfer number from SMARTY to EE

I requested to have my old number transfer to EE. The phone came and the old number of SMARTY was working but now the transfer is taking more than 2 days. I tried to manually select EE but my Z4 rejected that.
