New Sim

My new sim card is not registering my phone number on my upgraded Samsung phone. Phone number hasn't changed and my previous phone was also Samsung. I've tried lots of things but nothing working. Help!

Yes I've put my old sim in. I then have access to phone calls but not messages. Totally confused.

Is it sending or receiving messages that you have a problem with, @Frankie25?

I've managed to solve it so now have calls and messages with old sim in new phone. Still no idea why new sim didn't work. Thank you.

A lot of the time you can continue to use your old SIM instead of the new one, @Frankie25. I'm glad everything seems to be working for you now. 🙂
