Incredibly poor service - Whitchurch on Thames

Service is generally poor and calls tend to drop in and out. Over the last couple of weeks it’s got worse and service this evening has been non existent. Coverage checker says no issues but I disagree. You don’t even get 5G here so this is 4G only and coverage is appalling. What is going on? 48 hours to reply to coverage queries isn’t particularly helpful. Please please sort it out EE.

Can you expand on what you mean by "calls tend to drop in and out"? Do you mean that calls drop when coverage is shown? Or are you referring to in-call audio issues?

You mention "only" getting 4G - this is EE's base layer, out of interest is there anything you use your phone for, that 4G is incapable of?

I think my message is quite clear. When I make calls signal drops out all the time and i either have a broken call or have to continually recall the person I’m speaking to. This is inside and outside. To be clear, a call dropping in and out is quite common language so you asking for clarification is odd. Unbelievably EE doesn’t have 5G coverage two miles from Reading in a built up area of Pangbourne/Whitchurch on Thames. The 4G coverage is generally 1 maybe 2 bars on a good day. Despite this calls still drop in and out. It’s inRecently I’ve had zero service. I’m not sure why you are asking what 5G does that 4G doesn’t.  That’s a pedantic question. I expect to have consistent and good service whether it be 5G or 4G. I mean you are BT so why is it so bad and why does your network coverage say good, when it’s clearly nowhere near acceptable.

If calls are dropping with coverage displayed, that should be reported.
