My phone is saying user busy

I don’t know what’s going on but whenever anyone rings me it tells them my phone is busy or goes straight to VM. I have no one blocked, no call diverts set up, they can’t leave messages but I can call them

Same here.EE coverage map shows fully saturated 4G service for the area but the reality is a virtually unusable signal for months now.-110dBm or worse most of the time.Vodafone and O2 coverage is solid.EE / BT repeatedly advise “use WiFi calling”.
