Signal issues affecting calls/texts and data

Still having issues with signal in NE42 postcode. 
known fault with masts in this area and not rectified. 
I’m fed up. I’ve had some discount for 6 months. The discount has ended but the issue remains. 
I can’t use my phone properly around my home or my town due to the faulty masts

I'm sorry to hear that you've been having some problems with service in your area. 

If you haven't already, I'd also recommend registering for updates on our Network Status Checker and looking into WiFi calling. That may help you keep connected when you're connected to WiFi.

If you would like someone to look into it further, our Technical Support team are the best ones to speak to.

They'll be able to check the performance of the masts in your area and give you some information about what's happening.
