Zero signal MK17 Milton Keynes

First time poster here 

Has anyone see a drastic signal reduction over the last 3 days in the Woburn Sands Milton Keynes area. 
At a push 1 bar yesterday and now zero.
Does anyone know what we are supposed to do in these situations?

Hi @Apple5000.

Welcome to the Community 😊

If you haven't already, I'd recommend checking out our network status checker which should highlight if we're aware of any outages in the area.

In the meantime, if you're in an area with WiFI available, WiFi calling will allow you to continue using your phone as normal for calls and texts. 

You just switch this on in your settings, then continue to use your phone the same way you would normally.

Hi, the network status checker indicates coverage as ok but the Network Problems in your Area - never works so is useless.

I will try wifi calling - but a novice question: are there limitations to receiving calls this way?

WiFi-calling enables full use of your phone for making & receiving calls, sending & receiving text messages, entirely as normal.

Calls will hand between WiFi-calling & the mobile network if you drift in & out of coverage during a call.

@DJW-20 How do you subscribe - there is nothing on the checker and the service status is always down?

Try the app. I find it's way more reliable. If no luck or you don't want to download it, text network status to 150 and it'll check. Be aware the formatting isn't great there but it's better than nothing
