Subject: Positive Feedback – Excellent Support with Roaming Issue

Hi EE Community,

I just wanted to share a big THANK YOU and give some positive feedback following a recent issue I had with data roaming.

The problem was that I was unable to purchase data roaming while abroad, even after following all the usual troubleshooting steps (switching off Wi-Fi, checking spend cap, enabling roaming settings, etc.). Nothing seemed to work.

I contacted EE support and first spoke to Muhammad, who was incredibly helpful and understanding. He took the time to go through some checks and then passed me on to Ben from the Tech Support Team.

Ben was not only super knowledgeable, but also absolutely hilarious!!! He turned what could have been a stressful situation into something genuinely enjoyable. He gave me clear, step-by-step instructions and even took a personal interest in my travel in Paris, which made the interaction all the more human and pleasant.

The result: A massive thank you to Muhammad and Ben, I was able to get my data roaming up and running smoothly. Their support made a real difference, and I just want to make sure they get the credit they deserve.

If there was a way to formally leave positive feedback for Muhammad and Ben, ensuring it reaches their teams, and to tip them for their great service, I would 100% do it!
