7 Day Roaming Add On

Recently went to Rome with my Son for 4 days, his Data would not work so I did the 7 day unlimited Add On whilst there but it still no good and for the entirety of the time kept saying "Waiting".  Get home and after the 7 days got the text saying the 7 Day Roaming had finished.  Will EE be able to see that we didn't use and/or that it wasn't working or am I going to get charged for this.  Wouldn't mind but £30 on top of a usual bill is a lot for something that he couldn't take advantage of.  I think I did the Add On for me too even though I have the £2.47 a day Roaming - so think I am going to get charged a double whammy! 

Did it not work because I set it up once in Italy - so frustrating.

I am sorry the 7 day add-on did not work when you were in Rome. We will be able to get this looked into and see if this can be credited if you give us a call on 150. The team can run some checks for you and get this sorted 🙂
