On the 24/1/23 i transferred my old O2 number onto an EE sim, pak code given to EE operative, was told could take upto 48hrs to sort out and settle down, its now the 28/1/23 and still no connection of any kind unless i use WIFI calling, i have phoned...

I requested my eSim QR code yesterday 28th Jan 2023 around 9pm from My EE. I successfully got it setup in my phone although it is still saying as "No Service". I am not sure if I am missing a step or should I contact Customer Service.Thanks
