Resolved! Transfer number

I tried transferring my old number to my new ee sim but couldnt get through it. It always ends up with an error. I followed the guidelines given in transferring numbers.

HiI have had an ee sim/ contract for years. Recently, added 2 x new sims to my account for the children. Advisor processed it all through online chat, When I’ve put sims in, they don’t seem to be allowing calls or anything, 1) How do I activate them?...
