Keeping existing mobile number

• Got PAC code for old provider 
• try to keep existing number, filled in form on EE but it is not accepting the code with 3 letters and 6 digits

Easiest is to call in to Customer Services and they'll take the PAC over the phone.  Seems to be a common issue that the web form won't accept the code!
