Transferring BT number to EE failure

On Wednesday 26th April my EE account became live with the advice that my by number would be transferred within 24 hours. It’s now Saturday 29th and still no sign off it, is this normal for EE. Not sure if this is a good move!

A PAC is usually actioned the following working day after submission, providing that is before 5.30pm

If a PAC takes longer than this period to complete, then it's because of a an issue/fault somewhere. You should contact EE CS on 150 from your mobile, they have access to your individual account and can advise further.

I had the same issue, when i contacted BT the said, it will take up to 5 days.

I was told to put the ee sim in the phone make a call, restart the phone and wait for txt message from ee then keep using the bt sim untill the service stops, and before the service stops you will receive an email from bt.

So simple answer is 5 days not 24hours

Hope this helps
