Transferring a number

I need some help I’ve requested twice now about transferring my number to 02 to ee but it’s been about a week now and I really need my old number

@Louise1991  do you have your PAC number from 02 and have you gave that to EE ?

Did you provide your PAC at the point of sale?

If you did, your transfer should update to the next eligible working day once your new SIM first connects to our network.

Alternatively, if you give our team a call and provide them with the PAC directly, they can set things up at our end and confirm an exact port date on the call.
