Porting old phone number

I just switched to EE on a Sim only contract, during checked out I chose to keep my current number and input the PAC code. My new Sim came today but I was given a new number. When will my number be changed back to my old one?

Hi my sim card has blocked as a used to be with bt, now iv moved to ee I wanted to keep same number and its no worked how do a go about getting that sorted ASAP

Hi basically by mistake i convert my sim on esim now i want to use physically sim what should i do now. And can i replace my sim at store. thanks
