Resolved! Number port? How do I know if it's happening?

I ordered an additional line and put my porting info in.  The order had an issue so someone had to manually tweak it.The SIM was activated Friday and I have the new number.  I can't see that the port is in progress.However if I go into my SIM setting...

New sim

I’ve just got a new pay simyo go in my iPhone 11, when ordering I out in my current mobile number but the sim has arrived and seems to have a new number. Is there a way of transferring my current number to the new sim?

I have changed my SIM I want to keep the same number . How do I do this?
