I would like to order a replacement sim for the above number and you have sent me a sim card for xxxxxxxxxxx which is my number but the xxxxxxxxxxxx is another family member. Please organise this replacement.

I'm sorry to hear that there was a mix-up with your SIM cards. If you speak to our Mobile Care team, they'll do their best to fix this.

I wouldn’t be posting personal stuff on a public website if I was you. You need to ring CS to sort this out with them as no one as account access on here
