Hello, i have a mobile plan however i am not able to add the esim on my new mobile phone and old one has been reset already i lost thephysical sim too. Can i please get a support for me to set it up please

@Doliso  how can someone call you if your eSIM isn’t active as you say.   You need to call customer support from a different phone
