Hello,

I have two sim cards which are in two different phones, both have the same number. I only have one account with EE, was wondering why the balance with the allowance ( I am pay as you go and use the £5 monthly package bundle) only appears on one phone and not both?

Thank you 🙂

You can't have 2 SIMs with the same number. 1 must be deactivated.
