No service with replacement sim

My old sim stopped working, so I got a replacement sim with the same info and data plan and it says no service. I’ve waited a day and it’s still coming up with no service?

Are you on PAYG or pay monthly contract?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
