Hi I'm still struggling to work out why my phone number hasn't done the switch over.
I did this Tuesday 25th 5:45 and I got an email confirmation saying that it'll be done within 24hours. We're on Friday and it's still not change can someone please help.

If your PAC was submitted at 5.45pm on Tuesday 25th, that counts as Wednesday 26th and should have been actioned Thursday 27th.
You should have received a text advising of port-in completion - if there's any issues, CS on 150 have access to your individual account and can advise further.
