Hello! I recently upgraded my phone (existing EE customer) from an iPhone 11 to 12. I moved everything over successfully, then followed the instructions to activate the new sim (type phone number and serial number etc). Despite this, the number has not transferred and I am unable to make calls/message from either phone now. Just wondering if I have done something wrong. The top right where it shows your signal is greyed out so cannot even ring to try and rectify the problem.

When did you activate your new SIM?
Have you tried restarting your phone?
