Hi,i have been an EE customer for last 4 years, I was offered a better deal on sim only by o2 and you couldn’t match it( EU roaming included as travel for work)so I decided to move, i got the o2 sim but cancelled it straight away as had no network at...

i had my sim only upgrade today 27/4/23 and my current sim appears to be cut off

My phone keeps saying no sim available, I have tried turning on and off, taking sim out and putting back in, putting in airplane mode all these have worked at some point but this is happening at least 3or 4 times a day I don’t know why else to do
