Resolved! ESim after Factory Reset S20

I think I need to factory reset my S20. I'm using an eSim so I assume it'll be deleted...or will it ? Can I back up my esim or how do I get it back on my phone ?  Thank you.

Unfortunately my sim is using two numbers, when i call someone the number is different to the number from a text that i send from the same device !?!
