New sim card not registerering

Have a new sim after the old one stopped working. The new sim will not work. Will not register online.  New SIM is showing EE on my phone.  Tried another supplier SIM card so phone is ok.

Did you ask for a replacement SIM card or just ordered a new SIM card?

If it is a replacement SIM card, and it is not registering, I would suggest contacting customer service. If you are unable to contact them via your mobile, there is a free number you can ring either via another phone or via something like Skype:

08000798586.

If you ordered a new SIM card instead of a replacement SIM card, I also suggest you ring customer service to sort this out, in both cases, if you are near an EE high street store, you can also go there and get this sorted.
